Desperate search for missing autistic child who ‘went for a jog’ and never returned

  •  The teen was last seen at about 7.30am this morning before going for a run 

A frantic search is underway for a missing 14-year-old autistic boy who went for a jog and never returned. 

Police and SES crews were called to Launching Place, 54km east of Melbourne‘s CBD, on Tuesday following after the child went missing. 

William Wall was last seen at about 7.30am this morning, the Herald Sun reported.

It is understood he has high functioning autism, and sources said is it ‘very unusual’ for him not to return home.  

Emergency crews are searching near the Warbuton rail trail near Earle St and Barak Drive.
